A new all-abilities yoga class comes to Oaksey Village Hall.

Oaksey resident Jess Thomas introduces a new Vinyasa Flow class on a Friday morning at 9.15am.

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterised by linking movement with breath. 

Yoga is a centuries old practice known for its physical and mental benefits, from optimising strength, suppleness and recovery from injury through to aiding positive mental health using elements of mindfulness and meditation.
